At Royal Bar Carts, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable delivery experience across Australia. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timeframes, and costs to ensure full transparency for our customers.

1. Shipping Cost

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across Australia. There are no hidden handling fees or surprise charges at checkout.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship exclusively to residential and commercial addresses within Australia. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (AEST) Monday – Friday.

  • Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • During this window, we perform quality assurance checks and prepare your luxury bar cart for secure transit.

4. Transit Time & Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated transit time is:

  • Estimated Transit Time: 4–7 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–12 business days from the moment of purchase.

Please note: Remote or regional areas (WA, NT, and Northern QLD) may experience slightly longer transit times depending on carrier schedules.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once the label has been created.

6. Our Shipping Partners

To ensure your bar cart arrives in perfect condition, we partner with trusted national carriers and specialized freight providers, including:

  • Australia Post

  • Toll / Team Global Express

  • Allied Express

  • TNT / FedEx Australia

For larger or high-value mirrored items, we utilize specialized furniture freight carriers to minimize the risk of damage.

7. Delivery Procedure & Damage

Most deliveries require a signature. If you are not home, the carrier will typically leave a card to arrange redelivery or collection.

  • Inspection: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the packaging appears significantly damaged, please note this with the driver or contact us within 48 hours at info@royalbarcarts.com.au.

8. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, carrier capacity, or high-volume periods (such as Black Friday or Christmas). If your shipment is significantly delayed, we will contact you via email with an updated delivery estimate.

Final Checklist Before You Submit to Google:

  1. Match the "Shipping Settings" in GMC: When you set up your shipping in the Google Merchant Centre dashboard, you must enter the same 3–5 day handling and 4–7 day transit times you have written here. If the dashboard says 1 day but the policy says 3, they will suspend you for "Inaccurate Shipping Information."

  2. Carrier Selection: In GMC, select "Flat Rate: $0.00" or "Free Shipping" so it matches your site.

  3. The Physical Address: Again, please ensure your actual street address is filled in on all four pages (Returns, Privacy, Terms, Shipping) and the "Contact Us" page.

  4. Sold Out Items: I noticed earlier that some items were "Sold Out." Before submitting to Google, ensure that any product in your active feed is actually "In Stock."
